Can I take the online English course even if I don’t know the basics?
Yes! CCAA offers online English courses for students of all levels and ages. So, if you want to ensure your child grows up with a bilingual education, starting at age 3 you can enroll them in our language school, where they will learn everything gradually according to their development.
And if you're an adult who feels it's time to become fluent in English or Spanish, we also offer courses designed for learners over 18, whether they are starting from scratch or already have a good command of the language.
Adults with a more advanced level of English and a focus on studying for their career can also choose the Business English course.
Can I switch to the in-Person English course at CCAA anytime?
Yes. CCAA courses follow a hybrid model, so you can take live online English classes at home and also attend in-person lessons at your preferred location. Always in the same group, on the same days and times, with the same methodology, teacher, and classmates.

How long are the live online classes?

How many students are in an online English course at CCAA?
All CCAA virtual classrooms have a maximum of 15 students, as it is the ideal number for everyone to get the most out of the classes, and for the teacher to provide individual guidance during English practice sessions.
The only exception is the Baby Class online English course, which has a maximum of 10 students to maintain high-quality learning for young participants who require more attention due to their age.

Where can I watch the live online English classes?
The online classes take place via Zoom Cloud Meetings® at no extra cost to students. This platform was chosen for its ease of use and compatibility with various devices (computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone, as long as they have a microphone, webcam, and internet access).
If my internet connection fails during the online English class, what do I do?
Just talk to your teacher. They will assess if you need a makeup class or not. But don’t worry, because CCAA is with you and willing to do the best to help you.
Will the online classes be recorded?
No. CCAA's language courses' online classes are live to ensure all students actively participate in learning activities and make real progress on their journey to fluency. Therefore, non-in-person students must be connected on the scheduled days and times of their classes
What learning materials will online English students use?
The students enrolled in online English classes and those attending exclusively in-person will use the same learning material, which must be purchased according to their course and level.

Does the CCAA online English course have a certificate?
Yes. Upon completing each level, you receive a certificate confirming that you studied the relevant topics for that stage of the language. However, you only receive the final course certificate after passing the Master Fluency test, which is the last level.
