Responsibilities:
Customer service via WhatsApp;
• Conducting customer service evaluation surveys for the CCAA Network;
• Continuously improving clarity and objectivity of the subject covered, as well as more assertive questions to maintain interaction and win over the potential clients;
• Reviewing and providing guidance to the Network regarding customer interactions and handling potential clients according to CCAA's guidelines;
• Entering data into spreadsheets for continuous improvement in customer service.
Requirements:
• Strong writing skills and correct use of the Portuguese language.
