What Personal Data do we collect and for what purpose?
You may provide us with your personal data (such as, but not limited to, name, email, phone number, date of birth, CCAA unit, preferences and course interests, agreement data, etc.) to use services in our virtual environment, such as:
- Attending a webinar;
- Applying for a scholarship;
- Taking a placement test;
- Pre-enrolling;
- Attending a trial class;
- Requesting information about prices and schedules;
- Requesting information about TOEFL® Certification;
- Using general applications offered by CCAA (based on the terms of the privacy policy of the app available in our online store);
- Contacting us regarding our units, franchises, and partnerships;
- Accessing the "Student Space”, a virtual and restricted environment for consuming digital content;
- Submitting a testimonial.
We collect data such as the date, time, and IP of your access to our virtual environment to comply with legal obligations (Art. 15, Law No. 12.965/2014 - Brazilian Internet Civil Framework).
Additionally, you may provide us with your personal data (such as, but not limited to, name, email, phone number, date of birth, CCAA unit, preferences and course interests, agreement data, etc.) through enrollment and/or interaction with CCAA Franchises, for restricted processing aimed at executing our activities, including through our partners/service providers (operators) who assist us in this execution.
Additionally, you may provide us with your personal data (such as, but not limited to, name, email, phone number, date of birth, CCAA unit, preferences and course interests, agreement data, etc.) through enrollment and/or interaction with CCAA Franchises, for restricted processing aimed at executing our activities, including through our partners/service providers (operators) who assist us in this execution.
Children’s and Adolescents’ Data
CCAA emphasizes to parents and guardians its commitment to the protection of Children's and Teenagers’ Personal Data. Our educational mission in teaching English and Spanish begins in early childhood education. Therefore, we take special care with the Children's Personal Data (up to 12 years old) and Teenagers (between 12 and incomplete 18 years old).
- All our communications are designed to be clear and objective for young adults, ensuring they have full access to their personal data and how it is handled.
- Furthermore, whenever we specifically collect Children’s Personal Data, we will request consent from a parent or guardians.

We only share the necessary and appropriate personal data to carry out our activities with CCAA Franchises, as well as with partners/service providers (operators) who assist us in executing these activities.
Data Protection Officer (DPO)
We reinforce our commitment to the ethical processing of the personal data of our former, current, and future students. Therefore, we have a Data Protection Officer to act as a communication channel with holders of personal data (you!) and with the National Data Protection Authority.
